Sun seismologists have recently discovered a new technique for predicting solar outbursts. They study the flow of the sun's plasma which helps them decipher when these outbursts may occur. Some parties, particularly airlines and the military, would like exact predictions as to when the outbursts are scheduled to happen. Anyone know when we'll be able to predict such things with that much accuracy?
