We've all heard the debates over corn syrup lately. I've read some reports and I understand that it is made by changing the glucose in corn to fructose because fructose is a better preservative. While I definitely believe that changing the chemical composition of food can have very negative side effects, I have yet to find any research which links an ailment directly to corn syrup. Has anyone heard of anything?
